Shipping Policy

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Home delivery:
- The day after you buy it - 3.95 GBP / FREE (Orders over 30 EUR)
  
  We aim for next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 21:00. If this is not possible, we will show you the estimated time of delivery at the time of purchase.
- The same day you buy it. - 5.95 GBP
Drop point - 3.95 GBP/ FREE (Orders over 30 EUR)

At the drop point of your choice within 2-3 working days.

We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.

Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document.
A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To exchange or return any purchase made in our online store, it is vital that you keep the email receipt. You can also display this using the app.

The credit will be paid using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that exchanges and returns can only be done in the same country/region where the items were bought.
